Designer Fashion Sales for This Week

Every Sunday, expect to see the best designer fashion sales that are happening this week. I will mainly focus on the sample sales that happen online. I won't neglect store sales though.

Right now the best sales at the malls are Nordstrom and Saks. Nordstroms Half Yearly sale is still happening, its been going on for about a week so far. Check out the Ralph Lauren Black Label section they have polos and tshirts for $44 and $49 dollars. I made the mistake of buying a plain black tee with the large gold polo horse on it at Saks for $56 when its $44 at Nordstrom. So make sure you check both stores for pricing!

The Saks designer fashion sale started Friday, but the postcards that were sent out say the sale starts on Monday. There is plenty of merchandise left to choose from at fabulous prices. If your in the workplace, stop by St. John. Their suits are largely discounted right now!! Don't forget to look at Burberry ether, they have 40% off some of their casual coats. You can not go wrong with that!! Look at their website too, they have some Tory Burch flats on sale!!!

As for the online designer fashion sales:

Rock & Republic: Monday at Hautelook.com

Smashbox Cosmetics: Tuesday at Hautelook.com

Free People: Monday at RueLaLa.com

Badgley Mischka: Tuesday at RueLaLa.com

Nothing stuck my eye at Ideeli.com or giltgroupe.com for this week. If I hear about any new online sales I'll be sure to keep you in the loop. And if your in need for some of the basics like cardis or plain tee be sure to check out Jcrew.com for their summer sale.

Best of Luck Shopping!

Have You Heard of TheOutNet.com

Today I came across Christian Louboutin shoes 40% off on TheOutNet.com. 40% off Louboutin is unheard of!

I continued checking the site out, and if you have not been to TheOutNet.com you should go immediately. It's not a sample sale website where designers go on sale at a certain time and there is only a select amount of merchandise. TheOutNet.com is more like a normal sale on a website and separates its merchandise by designer or category. They carry a majority of the higher end designers like Tory Burch, Burberry, Juicy Couture, and Milly. Most of their merchandise is at least 40% some is even up to 70%.

They have a section that picks out outfits for you depending on the occasion. They have outfits for first dates, fun in the sun, board meetings, and more. There are occasions for people in college to workers in the workplace. This makes it quick and easy to pick out a new outfit!

Some of my favorites:

Pedro Garcia Suede Platforms
: They are 70% off!! Even though they are suede you can get away with them in the summer with the open toe, but you can still wear them in the fall. Perfect with a dress or jeans.

Juicy Couture Scallop Dot Dress: At $104, this is a definitely a must summer buy. Make it casual with sandals or dress it up with high heels. You could even add a cute tan belt to it to add some more style.

12th Street by Cynthia Vincent Bolero: 70% off a beautiful color jacket that could be worn into work or out at night. Who can complain? Pair it with a nice pair of black slacks for the office and then change into a shimmery black dress with the bolero on top.

There are plenty more buys than that, but those caught my eye instantly. So if you need a new outfit quickly head to TheOutNet.com. The already put together outfits make it easy to find clothes for any occasion. And who can forget that all of the clothes are on SALE!

Please feel free to give me feedback if I can help you with anything! For more quick tips follow me on twitter @ kwquickchic.

Flat Hair?

Anybody else out their have no body to their hair and it always falls flat? Have you tried mousse, hair thickening gel, teasing your hair?

I feel like I've tried everything. My hair ether gets tied up in knots or is gunked with product overload. However, I have found one product that I am in LOVE with, Bumble and Bumble thickening hairspray.

My hair for once doesn't just fall on my face and is filled with volume and body. My hair honestly feels thicker and the product thickens my hair whether I'm straightening it or curling it.

This spray is ridiculously easy to use. Just spray it on your roots before you blowdry your hair. Once you use it a couple times, you'll figure out how much to need to spray.

It's $25 for 8 oz. You may think thats a little pricey. I've been using the bottle about once a week since October, and I'm not even halfway through. So the spray is going to last a long time!

So if you have fine hair or if your just looking for an extra boost definitely try this product out. It will make a difference in your hair.

2 Products to Brighten Your Complexion Instantly

1. Sheer Bronzer
2. Shimmery Pink Blush

My favorites are:

Splurges:
Giorgio Armani Sheer Bronzer and Bobbi Brown Pink Shimmer Brick

Save:
Cover Girl Natural Hue Bronzer and Neutrogena Sheer Highlighting Blush
*If you buy the Neutrogena Blush on Ulta.com get 20% off with the code 27164

Step 1:Take a large face brush and lightly apply the bronzer all over your face.

Step 2:Take a smaller brush and apply bronzer making a check mark starting from the bridge of your nose following to your temple. This will darken the area where you naturally get sun.

Quick Tip: If you suck your cheeks in and apply darker bronzer under your cheekbones. This will make you cheekbones POP and your face look thinner.

Step 3: Apply the pink blush on the apples of your cheeks.

Step 4: Marvel at yourself in the mirror!

Sample Sales That You Don't Have to Live in NYC for

SAMPLE SALES!!! You know what I'm talking about, like in Confessions of a Shopaholic where Rebecca Bloomwood gets into a fight with another woman over Gucci boots. With the internet sample sales now you'll just get in cyber tiffs. :)

My favorite site is RueLALA.com. Click on that link and you will be invited into the world of sometimes over 50% off designers like Marc Jacobs, J Brand, and Lily Pulitzer.

They have about 4 designer sales a day starting at 11 am. Try to get there early because like in Confessions of a Shopaholic merchandise gets picked over quickly. Once your merchandise is in your shopping cart it will ship in about a week. I just purchased a coral Lily Pulitzer dress for $79 that originally retailed for $348.

Happy Shopping.
